I have the honor to enclose the Receipted Vouchers for arrears of Pay and Bounty in the following cases
William Comb late a pvt, Co "A" 2nd Regt U.S.C. Cavalry,
Frank Sutton late a pvt, Co "I" 2nd Regt U.S.C. Cavalry,
[[Stepney? Stefney?]] Long, (Guardian of Thomas minor son of 
David Brown late a pvt Co "E." 35th Regt U.S.C. Infantry. 
The above claims were paid by me this day.
