Be careful copying and pasting. What was done was incorrect spelling of "Obedient". And "in charge" needed a space before it. I fixed that. Please separate the sections, as these are letters. So sender's info should be separated from the receiver's info, etc... BALLOCH IF THE CHIEF DISBURSING OFFICER - thus, Chief Disb'g Officer. B.R.F. & A.L., not "A.R.".
