Edward Lewis late of Co "E" 14th Arty Enlisted Jan 1st-65
Ellis Mattox late of Co. "I" 37th U.S.C.T. Enslisted Aug 30th 64
Martin Mattox late of Co. "I" 37th U.S.C.T. Enlisted Aug 30th 64
James Wells late of Co. "I" 37th U.S.C.T. Enlisted Aug 20th 64
Peter Jones late of Co. "I" 37th U.S.C.T. Enlisted Aug 20th 64
George W Pepper late of Co. "I" 37th U.S.C.T. Enlisted Aug 20th 64
Watson White late of Co. "I" 37th U.S.C.T. Enlisted Aug 20th 64

James Willet, Romeo Bryan and John Warren state that they were enlisted for the 37th Regt by Lt. Col Rogers, but men sent to the 4th Regt a month or so after enlistment. Their Bounty was probably retained from the 37th Regt.
