In reply to your letter of the 14th inst, I have the honor to inform you that Boston Parker and Nicey, mother of David Bowen, (decd) have been paid. I have no checks for Geo Hodges and James Willett, Men living at Washington N.C. who have
bounty due them. Will either have to apply at this office, or wait until a Bureau Officer is appointed there before they can receive their money.
