Enclosed attachd copy of agreement between Confederate States & A & G. R.R relative to Florida Branch R.R connecting A & G. R.R. & Salin Station 12 with Pensacola & Geo R.R of Fla line Oak Station & als relation to Six hundred & Thirty Six Tons of Rails Seized by Confederate States to be returned by by them to the Company on the iron rod laid on infrastructure of track Fla Branch R.R. asks that A & G R R. be permitted to take possession of Said Six hundred & thirty Six tons of Rails as the Rightfull property of the Company. The taking of the Six hundred & thirty Six tons of iron was an absolute & forcible siezure by Confederate States in spite of protest by the Company & subjected as to irreparable damage, The A & G. R.R. or as destroyed by the S Forces for 35 1/2 miles & who compy is now endeavoring to reconstruct the Section of this line it has relied upon obtaining Said iron to enable it to restore at an early period the damage above mentioned,
