Mr J.R. Dillen Spl. Supervising Agt. has several thousand dollars of such funds, and his subordinates, excepting Col Brownlow of Knoxville, have none of them transferred a dollar.

I will thank you for early information as to my duty in the collection of rents, or farther application for funds recd by Treasy Agents prior to June 7th 1865
