in this case be dismissed and that the property seized be restored to the claimant Joseph Etter upon payment of the costs of this prosecution for which let execution issue and a writ of possession is awarded subject to any existing lease.  And the court doth allow as part of said costs $20.00 Dollars to the District attorney 15 Dollars to the clerk 10.00 Dollars to the Marshal and dollars printers fee.
