Rutledge Road in in the second civil District of Knox County, lying east of and adjoining the farm known as the Lount farm and also adjoins the lands of A. A. Barnes J. J. Craig, John R. Thompson, P. H. Cardwell and others and known as the Brown or Smedley farm containing 370 acres more or less.

4th A tract of land lying in the 14th Civil District of Knox County on French Broad River about five miles south east of Knoxville adjoining the lands of Jesse Simpson, William Hickman and others. Known as the Middles Hills place, also a small tract or parcel adjoining the above tract about 30 acres and known as the Jack Ford place.

Eighth. A small Island in Holston River opposite Knoxville just below the Ferry known as the upper or Humes Ferry, which in our opinion constitutes one third in value of the undisputed Real Estate of the said William Swan deceased.

We also allot and assign to the said H. W. Swan out of the property the title to which is disputed, the following property, to wit:

A lot situated in the city of Knoxville on the east side of Gay street between the store house of Cowan J Dickenson and the Drug Store now occupied by John Jackson fronting about 20 feet on Gay street.
