Mr. Joseph Cornell
3708 Utopia Parkway
Flushing 58, New York

Dear Mr. Cornell:

Here is payment of $600 for the sale of an untitled "Clock" collage for $900 (this was priced on your list at $1000, but we had to allow a 10% discount in this sale), and $666.66 for the sale of another untitled "Clock" collage for $1000. We also have pending a sale of Circe II.

Jim Carruthers says that you called, requesting an inventory of works on hand. Except for these sales, our inventory of collages remains that of June 7 which Miss Oppenheimer prepared for you. A photostat of that list is enclosed. We do have two collages from your exhibition which are not for sale, and which Miss O. did not come across until after she had sent the list to you. These are : La Rosiere pour Jacques Brel and Images Flamandes a) "Souvenir de Bruxelles".

Sincerely,

Robert Schoelkopf
