Dear Barbara:

How nice to hear that you have been in such a very good gallery. And I am glad to have a friend there, because I must bother you again about the Cornell collage.

According to information at the Joseph Cornell Study Center in the National Collection of Fine Arts, Washington., Cornell exhibited two collages at Schoelkopf in 1966:

Mica Magritte I (the Art Institute collage)
Mica Magritte II (Coll: Edwin Janss, Thousand Oaks, Cal.) - MOMA Traveling Show?

Yet I do not see them in either of the two 1966 catalogues you so kindly sent me. Would you be so kind as to ask Mr. Schoelkopf if he remembers showing them?

We all sent affectionate greetings and look forward to seeing you at Christmas time.

Yours sincerely,
Esther
