Dear Mr. Miller:

I am glad to be able to tell you that I have finally been able to get a price on Cornell and can sell it to you for $1500.00

Since there are others interested in it would you please let me know as soon as possible whether you wish to acquire it.

Cornell will not bee releasing more than one other box for the time being and I have no idea when it will arrive here and how much I will be able to sell it for.
