December 6, 1953

Dear Betty,

Have been trying to do something about the December 7 date you spoke of putting out (presumably) a pre-Christmas arrangement in one of your rooms. Objects at any time of the year are a slow business and this season no exception. I should like very much however [[strikethrough]]to[[/strikethrough]] try to get 3 or 4 piees [[pieces]] to you by the middle of the month or so and will contact the office when and if I can make it to find out if there'll be room for them.

Saw you at Hugo-Nin showing at the Museum last week but had to leave before it was over.

Sincerely yours,
Joseph
