Thank you for your sweet letter about the tapestries- I really was not strong enough to undertake it - but you see my studio was part of my dwelling so the Broker hopes that he can bring them in all right- When I see you I will tell you what upset me - I mailed him an affidavid last night. 

I leave here Saturday for Kingston - It has all turned out all right, just as Francis dispaired of finding a place, she came across an old house, remoddelled, close to the water- where we can stay - the lady who owns it will cook for us, &
