myself in two I do not see how I can manage— 

The Opera last Tuesday was very good we enjoyed it very much.  We went once to the theatre but alas it was not so good and some left before it was over — otherwise I have not been doing much—  New Years day the tree was taken down and we had a 



very nice time doing it  it went very fast which was delightful.  The John Nofmans are going to give a dance to which I shall betake myself

As I have nothing interesting to tell you I will close
