NAYLOR & COMPANY
[INCORPORATED]
45 WALL STREET, NEW YORK

Dear Dodo,

Your several letters enclosing check & St. Paul warrants rec'd. I did not know you had a fractional warrant which should be endorsed under assignment, so enclose it herewith. Please endorse it & return it to me.

Ethel, Mary & I spent the holiday in Lakewood as they both needed a rest. We had beautiful weather & a very pleasant time, returning last night. There was an exceptionally large crowd at Lakewood. We called on Mrs. Bergen who lives there now & in walking round saw some very nice houses. Has it ever occurred to you that Lakewood might be a good place for you to spend a winter. Young Sheldon Channey is also there this winter. In the morning after a late breakfast I would take a ride for a couple of hours & the others would sun themselves on the porch. In the afternoon we would take a walk. The Lovels were also there; Mrs. L., Hall & Mr & Mrs Dorsy. We had several very pleasant meetings with them.

Nanette is getting on very well.

With love,
Your bro
Edw.
