Mr. Gallatin - the Living Art of the NY. University one - broke the ice. He bought a small Marin oil for the (his) Collection at the University. It's the first oil of Marin's ever acquired. 

And altho' there are to be only $300.00 for Marin - that's the "value" put on that picture - it is $300 more than his show last year netted him!

Fame!- Fortunately I no longer have a heart to be broken ~ & Marin is a marvel of sanity - an amazing man.
