AUGUST 11

1935 - I sprinkled Dad had nasty fall down front steps sprained ankle. dinner with Dad. We had nap I tennis with fella swell  studied

1936 - Helped around a little. washed windows. lunch. read. played with pup read. dinner to store. Dad & I tennis. fair. read evening

1937 - Up late. helped around. to station to find about ticket. home. lunch. packed  tea. Dad & Mother went with me to station had headache. got in S.L. late. transferred over

1938 - Up 9 helped Mother some. typed little read paper. got catalogs from schools. dressed. to dentist filling worked on took gas! rather odd. to S.F. Jr. College home. read. Sis & I sup. Mother feel ill had 4 teeth out. read. p. pong

1939 - Up 6.40 shower, shaved. breakfast. made lunch. to town Dulfers. worked on hotel blotter. got check. to bank. lunch at ▢ [[square]]. worked on football schedule sketch. home. sup. tired. Dad & Mom for walk. I did dishes. read paper. radio read some mo.


AUGUST 12

1935 - Went to Dad's office got the mail. went to Dr. Nelson. had nap. Don, Mac, Dick, Con Bob & I to Black Rock lota funs

1936 - Helped Mother a little  Edna A. took Sis & I to see circus parade at Poky. Sis & I to Cap. "Final Hour." bus home. dinner. didn't feel so good.

1937 - Had lousy nite. woke early ride very monotonous. hot. air unit broke & was 104°F in car. got in L.A. 10:P.M. Sis, Clary, & Alice met me & Uncle Eric. came home swell

1938 - Up at 7. breakfast. to town with Dad. to dentist 8:20. had tooth filled took gas. walked around bot shorts. car home. lunch. Mother to dentist. I printed little Sis & Mother home. Dad late. supper. dishes. all of us tired

1939 - Up late. shower. breakfast. stirred bread, read paper. polished copper tea kettle. to store with Mom. read some. Dad home. lunch. I dressed. to town. to California. "Juarez" & "The Geurilla" D  to book store. bot Esky. home. read little.
