It is expressly agreed that title to all said property does not pass to the vendee with the possession thereof, but remains in the Royal Typewriter Company, Inc., until full payment of the purchase price or any security given therefor or judgment obtained thereon is made. Should the consent of the royal Typewriter Company, Inc., or in the event that the vendee shall mortgage or part with the possession of the same, without the consent of the royal Typewriter Company, Inc., the Company shall have the right without notice to resume possession of the same without other or further proceeding, and the Company may, without notice, declare the agreement terminated and may remain the consideration received by it thereunder as liquidated damages and rentals of said goods. Should a claim hereunder be placed by the Company in attorneys' hands for collection, or in the event of other litigation, the attorneys' fee of $10 and costs shall be paid by the vendee. It is understood and agreed that there is no other written contract or verbal agreement made in connection with this contract.
