I am sorry I won't be there at the sale - there was just a chance when my steamer was to have sailed on July 3d - but now as you know it is put off till the 17th - Emily's ship was postponed four times so I don't feel very certain of the present date.

I will inquire into the Boston Museum matter. I don't believe the Mancini has arrived yet - I hope Mr Healy of the Brooklin Museum has sent you a cheque for the Swynnerton- It will be in good company there with Boldini's Whistler, and a fine Greco,
