ADDENDUM TO BULLETIN #15
THE UNITED STATES NEW YORK WORLD'S FAIR COMMISSION
through
THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT, PROCUREMENT DIVISION SECTION OF PAINTING AND SCULPTURE
announces
THAT THE PROGRAM FOR A NATIONAL SCULPTURE COMPETITION FOR TWO HEROIC SCULPTURES AND TWO SCULPTURE RELIEFS FOR THE DECORATION OF THE SOUTH FACADE OF THE United States GOVERNMENT BUILDING AT THE New York WORLD'S FAIR AS ANNOUNCED IN BULLETIN #15 IS AMENDED HEREBY AS FOLLOWS:

The winning competitors for the two sculpture reliefs will not be required to execute and install the full-size sculpture as previously announced in the competition program.
Instead, the sum of $5,000 is to be paid for the designing and execution of preliminary models and working models in plaster for the sculptures on each of the two towers. This sum shall also cover the supervision by the artists of the execution and installation by others of the full-size sculptures. 
In addition to the models for the sculpture in the round and the overdoor relief sculptures on each tower this sum shall also cover the cost of models for four reliefs located at one side of each entrance door in the space indicated by stars in the drawings in the competition program. Each relief will be 1 foot 4 inches wide by 1 foot 9 inches high and in subject matter shall treat such national products of the United States as corn, cotton, wheat, etc.
