We Accuse—

the Administration of the Art Project with carrying on a program for the destruction of the project. Step by step the character and usefulness of the project is being subjected to changes and administrative rulings which impair its efficiency and demoralize its workers. The Administration is attempting to frighten and demoralize the workers in order to more quickly effect the total disintegration of the project.

BUT THEY SHALL NOT SUCCEED!

We are prepared to meet these attacks and shall intesify [[intensify]] our organization drive which will give us added strength to safeguard the Art Project and to realize the following demands:-

1. Rescinding of the 18 month clause.
2. Rescinding of Section 15F (Communist-Nazi clause).
3. Increase in project quota.
4. Establishment of 25% non-relief quota
5. Prevailing wages
