Then on an impulse. Doris and I decided that - what the hell, and why not. We'd go to Jamie & Andy Warhol's opening at the Cae Kerr on Thursday. Glad I went. The whole gallery staff greeted me as if I were an old old friend. Even Warren, cold Bostonian that he is, kissed me on the cheek. as did Tony - and the show was excellent - Jamie's part of it anyway.  You can have Warhol's part - he's such a shallow publicity hound and nothing more.
