Dear Mr. Emmerich:

We wish to thank you for complying with our request for the loan of one work from SAMURAI Series by Robert Motherwell, for the exhibition commemorating the opening of our museum.

We shall appreciate it very much if you will send us two Loan Agreements ( one for the museum and one for transporter ) and one photo of the work ( any size ) for the catalogue, in order to be ready for the opening on October 14, this fall, as soon as possible.

We are sending the copy of this letter to your Zurich address, by way of precaution. If this letter reaches you after you have already sent us the Loan Agreements and a photo, kindly disregard this letter.

Thanking you for your assistance and co-operation.
Without our best regards,

Very truly yours,

Keinosuke Murata
