Darling Girl

Here I am up in Newburgh on Saturday morning and a most beautiful snow storm is falling After the disagreeable weather of the last two weeks it comes like a blessing.

Well last night I gave my lecture on painting over at the Y.W.C.A. and I thank my stars its all over with. You know I had never done anything of the kind untill last night, so consequently was scared stiff: but strange to say when I got up on the stage and started to talk all feeling of fright left me and I really began to enjoy it. I found that I could think very clearly and had little difficulty in choosing words.
