Dear Mrs. Parsons;
I am taking the liberty of sending you a copy of the informal talk I gave at the opening of my new water color show. It is expressed, I hope, in a manner to be perfectly clear to a layman who knows nothing of art, and therefore some of it may not interest you. But it does contain also a kind of credo, and I would be interested to know your reactions to this credo---especially as I have a hunch your own credo is diametrically opposed to mine.
Since I am returning to town right after the show, you can send this back to my address there, 41 west 12th st, if you will be so kind.
Yours very sincerely,
Fitzroy Davis
