on you last week & told me she was going to give a luncheon in my honor. She is Dr. Halls friend & took no notice of me. before she knew he was fond of me. She sings his praises to the sky - she told one of the girls in town. that I was getting one of the grandest men that ever lived. that she did not know any men in his profession socially except him, but 


that he dignifies it to a high degree and has such lovely people all over the country for his friends that no one could think of him in any way but being a prize & I was lucky to get him. any girl would be, & that her family love him. I hear she is going to give me a dinner too, but I think that will be when Dr. Hall comes.
