Mr. M. told me that Judge Hanna told his class that the most important work that they should do each day was to declare that God and his idea are always in their right place - know it - believe it - and think of it many times  a day and they would bring good into their experience accordingly. He said that we could not do if two or three days - then lapse for a week or two - if had to be done consistantly.

Of course we know that our strength, health, life, come from Mind and that Mind, God, being Good, and omnipotent, there is in reality an abundance of all gods ideas, and that if we but claim our heritage it is there for us. Mortal mind subtly suggests that we are weak or tired but since the body cannot move until directed by Mind,  "if we call on Divine mind for our supply, we have an unlimited amount. "All that I have is Thine", we have but to reach out (out of the mesmirism [[mesmerism]] of sense, into the realm of spirit).
