Emmie darling - I fairly tore through a long letter to Mother this morning; I have been in such a rush as there suddenly seem to be so many things to do, however, I have wanted to write to you for so many days I've decided to take a few minutes off to tell you how glad I am that you have decided to decorate your own house.

As I told Mother this morning - most decorators have no back ground and I think, no taste. They follow a few set rules and their houses
