I, too, have thought of writing to Mrs Senn to inquire about the Mulhalls. She wired me recently thanking me for a check ($50) for some work she'd done and said they were "wonderfully taken care of"-- which might mean anything. 

I've done my level best to get her to put Jerry to work but life in the big world outside sort of dismays her so I think she just keeps away from it; so it may turn out that we'll have to pull Jerry out into this "mad whirl"- what can we do about him? I keep writing, and asking what he is doing - and no answers.
