Luton Forest near Warrenton At the request of Lieut McNulty I hereby state that Charles Withers and Willis Jackson with their family (all coloured) have been living on this plantation since March under contract till the end of the year. If they continue as they have proceeded there far I will have only satisfaction with them to testify as my experience in this kind of farming, to all whom it may concern. A.D.
