Respectfully returned, A general charge like the within only admits a general denial which denial I desire to give with as much emphasis as military etiquette permits. I would respectfully suggest that some instance be specified.
I do not believe that a single valid land title has been interfered with, if it has, it is not by my orders, but is in direct disobedience thereto. If reported at these Hd. Qtrs. such a case would be rectified within Twenty-four hours.
