The professional core represented by the Associates has been developed over many years and contributes significantly to the strength and capability of Victor Gruen Associates; its members have generally been advanced from within the organization, and their average seniority with Victor Gruen Associates is in excess of ten years.

In light of a policy of maintaining a dynamic creative and self-renewing leadership, the Associates are progressively entrusted with increasing responsibility, are participants in the profits of Victor Gruen Associates, and are eligible for the program of Sabbatical Grants. In turn, they contribute the loyalty, identification and dedication that have endowed the organization with exceptional stability at the level of professional direction.
