Photograph of 1812 installation

An original Antique Franklin from which our 1812 Franklin was patterned. Notice how closely our 1812 has followed the classical antique design. This is an attractive installation accomplished at very modest cost and was photographed in a Providence, Rhode Island home.

The 1812 Franklin

A reproduction of the Antique Franklin Stove used for over a century in the old Clark House near Lexington, Massachusetts. A similar model was invented and used by Benjamin Franklin in 1740. Surrounding the 1812 on the inside of the stove are 18 stars, representing the States in the Union at this time.
