Dear Mr. Carlen:
You will be glad to hear we have gotten almost every one of the Pippins you requested for the exhibition, and thank you very much for your help in accomplishing this. We understand, at the present, that you will arrange to collect and bring to New York the following pictures:
"The Amish Letter-Writer" -Feldman
"Westchester Courthouse" -Grossman
"Saying Prayers" -Barowski
"Flowers with Hat and Cane" -Lyons
"Flowers with 4 Doilies" -Barowski

In addition, would it be too much of an imposition to ask if you could collect the following:
"End of the War - Starting Home" --from the Philadelphia Museum.
"The Get Away" --from Ellen Winsor, Malvern, Pa.
"John Brown Going to his Hanging" --from the Pennsylvania Academy.
"The Lilies" --from Mrs. Watter.
"Coming In" --from C. Reinold Noyes, Avondale, Pa.
"Rose and Red Chair" --from David H. Felix in Germantown, Pa.
Would you also send me a list of the pictures with the correct titles for the catalogue which will be loaned from you and your Gallery.
