I never received any instructions verbal or written from any one as to the performance of my professional or any other duties relating to the office; neither anyblanks and if any were ever sent to me by mail or otherwise they were not delivered. Consequently I could not make any official returns or reports I never knew or had any information that reports & returns were required until I was asked by Surg DeLameter to explain why I had not sent such reports - Had I known that they were required I should have promptly made them at the time they were due as was my invariable custom during my service in the army-
I never knew and do not believe that there was ever a call for professional service or medicines made at any office during the term of my contract or prior to it; either for office prescriptions or attendance at their homes. That was not promptly, faithfully & stisfactorially [[satisfactorily]] attended to - I am confident there was never any complaint made & know there never any cause of complaint
