Mrs S. A. Martha Canfield, has selected a plan for Cold. Orphan Asylum at Memphis. - with slight modification, the same as the Cold. Orphan Asylum at Washington.

A building will cost $19.000.- She will have a lot paid for in time for the erection of the Building.

Suggests that the material of the 4 Barracks Buildings on lot of W. G. Fords, be used in erecting the building.

These Barracks belong to the Bureau
