Lily M. Kelly-Radford

Lily is the Vice President of Educational Programs at the Center for Creative Leadership which is responsible for all worldwide delivery of core business programs and related research efforts. Lily trained in the Leadership Development Program (LDP)[[trademark]] for 16 years with various Center Network Associates and the Center's Greensboro location. Her professional experience since joining the Center includes directing the Greensboro Branch of CCL prior to it's reorganization and her promotion to Vice President of Educational Programs. She has trained numerous Center Programs, directed LDP worldwide (including Network Associates), and served as the chief assessor for feedback givers in all branch locations. Lily has international training experience, has trained in several countries and customizes programs to correspond with international business and cultural issues. Her contribution to literature includes both clinical psychology and leadership development publications. She holds a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Georgia, and is licensed in four states. Her work experience includes time at Howard University as a tenured Associate Professor, three years with Harvard University Medical School as an Assistant Attending Psychologist, and as the Senior Principal with Kelly-Radford and Associates, where she did organizational consulting with public and private sectors and clinical private practice.
