Dear Grace,
My hand-maiden has just returned, so we shall be at home again, and I want to have you and Ethel come and spend the day with me next Thursday and take dinner. I hope you are all well. I am not well. But I know it will do me good to see you. All join me in sending much love to your household. Pardon this wretched note. I am yours Affly - C.F.G.
