Dearest Mama

Well, the dream is o'er and I've returned to reality. I don't think I've had such a wonderful week-end before. Everything was just perfect to the last degree. My gown was gorgeous and so was my man. (smile) People are still running up to me with compliments on both. The two brown orchids really brought out the colors in my gown to perfection. Will have to tell you more about everything when I see you.

Life around here beginning with tonight ceases to be dull. That is I'm going to be going out who with? you ask! Well, last June when Duke Ellington was here and at the dance was one Danny Young.
