I have the honor to transmit herewith the required monthly statistical reports, of Refugees and Freedmen to whom rations have been issued, of Abandoned Lands, of Schools and of Changes in Rosters of Officers for the month of April and respectfully submit the following statement of freedmens affairs for the same month.
