Dear Mr. Gellatly
I hope Mrs. Gellatly and yourself will find the enclosed verses of the "Flying Dutchman" up to your expectations.

I am pleased to have the opportunity to tell you how much I enjoyed my evening with yourselves and your collection, which is formed with a good deal of feeling and judgment.

In fact I feel as if I had been away and come back again.
