The report says it is owing to the general poverty; but it is not seen how this can affect the number of a man's years. Undoubtedly sickness and infirmities are the results of the pangs of poverty.

Schools.
The schools are reported in a flourishing condition. No new schools have been opened but those established are doing their work creditably.

Marriage Relations 
The condition of the people with regard to their marriage relations is not reported as improving
