Washington, D.C. June 14th 1867 
States that in 1862, his two children, Robert & Charles, aged, respectively, nineteen & twelve years, were bound to Benjamin Davis, at Annapolis, Md.
Mr Davis says they were bound with the consent of the mother, but she says not. States that, as he is able to support his children, wishes them returned to him.
