Gen'l Bureau R.F. & A.L. suggesting the propriety of turning over to the civil authorities of Pine Bluff, Ark: the Medical Hospital property at that place for which Dr. Lewis is responsible with the guaranty that proper use shall be made of the same in the care and treatment of the sick, as has been done, in several instances in Dist: of Alabama.
