Charleston, S.C., November 1, 1867.
Circular.
Soldiers of the different regiments of U.S. Colored Troops who have not received their State bounty, will report their names, company and regiment, and the amount due, to 1st Lieutenant H. Neide, 44th Infantry, in charge Claim Division, at these Headquarters. Those living in the interior of the State will forward their names, company and regiment, also the same information of any friends (late U.S.C.T) absent in Georgia, or other States. The ministers of the different colored churches are requested to read this notice to their congregations, and to spread the information as widely as possible.
