Forwards communication from Dr. A.C. Tabor dated Lake Providence, La. May 16, '68 submitting an account for services rendered freedmen at Monroe, La. from June 20, '67 to October 27, '67.

States Dr. T was not employed under contract, but as evidence shows he rendered the service, recommends that he be paid for the period from July 27 to Oct. 27 '67 at $50 00/100 per month.
