Reports having attended a meeting of the "Del'e. Association" in reference to involuntary servitude of bound apprentices. In answer to commr. of Feb 1st regarding "State Bounties" to Col'd. Soldiers states the Judge Bond will attend to this matter, and asks what will be an adequate remuneration &c &c
