Encloses sundry documents connected with the charges preferred against Genl. Gregory and Maj. Bolenius by Mr. Hildreth - thinks said charges are incomplete.

Calls attn to letters No 10. & 11 of Capt. Knower A.A.G. and Mr. Montieth A.A.Q.M. also to letter of Major Glynn - No 14. and previous letter from himself. Makes favorable mention of Genl. Gregory's former faithful services &c. and to the fact that Maj. Bolenius has lost an arm in the service.
