When he returned to his former home in 1865, he was arrested, tried and convicted as above. The warden of the Penitentiary Mr. "John H. Horn", gives "Frazier" a most excellent character, and informed me, that the legislative visiting Committee had recommended "Frazier", to the clemency of the governor and that he had no doubt, that the application for his Pardon would be published in a very short time.
