Dear Phil, 
I have just concluded a considerate letter to Francis Mason, President of Experiments in Art and Technology, incorporated which, next December, would have provided some more controversial matters in Artforum but i will be damned if it will appear there. The why not must be changed to //underlined in red//your personal editorial abuse and the deliberate censorship of my mail //underlined in red// [red circled exclamation mark next to underlined part of text] whether you still cannot recognize it or not. (I simply can't believe that you do not under-stand exactly what I mean, but i feel assured that you will continue to maintain the contrary attitude.) I insist that you will observe the terms of public request for another article (even in a compromise format agreeable to both of us) or more will be forthcoming. This reckoning is overdue; I feel terrifically elated at ensuring it. If you are not able to accept my previously written terms or suggest suitable modifications of there, please spare the both of us your reply.
